Scheduling
This is not online scheduling. To schedule an appointment, please view my availability in this calendar. You may view additional weeks by clicking the arrow buttons. Most of the openings are for one hour sessions, so slight modifications may be needed for longer and shorter sessions. When you see an appointment you would like, contact me to reserve it. The openings shown are when I have prearranged childcare; if you do not see anything that works for you, other times may be available upon request. ​


Client Information

All of your personal information is treated with the most respect and always kept completely confidential. To provide the best service we can and comply with state laws, a health history form will need to be filled out prior to your first treatment and updated annually or as needed. You may print a copy here to bring with you to your appointment.


Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash and check payments are preferred. Card payments may be charged a 3% processing fee. To redeem a gift certificate, you must present your certificate at time of payment.


Cancellation Policy
There is a strict cancellation policy. If you cannot keep your appointment, you must provide 24 hours notice by email, voicemail, or text to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a $25 fee that must be paid before your next session. I know that "life" happens, but please remember that I am reserving my time just for you.


Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will end at the scheduled time. You will be responsible for the full payment of your scheduled appointment.
